Tide and weather improvements

Features

• Weather now supports model selection in rain and map labels.

• Automatic selection now clearly shows the best recommended model.

• Added DWD regional models ICON EU and D2 for rain and wind.

• Tide coverage now includes German BSH stations in the German North Sea.

• Currents and waves forecasts can now be scrolled from land.

• Weather animations are clearer on tablets.

Fixes

• Fixed weather chart layout shifts and disappearing color legends after rotation.

• Fixed logbook GPX exports so each trip uses a single track segment.

• Fixed signup validation highlighting the wrong name field.
